This mooring cleat is constructed from stainless steel with a polished finish. Manufacturer calls this a 10″ cleat; we measure it to be approximately 9 7/8″ L x 2 1/4″ W x 4 3/4″ H overall. There are (2) 3/8-16 threaded bolts approximately 4 5/8″ apart, center-to-center (hardware not included).
