It measures approximately 26 1/2″ H x 16 1/2″ D x 13 1/4″ W overall when deployed and approximately 17″ L x 13 3/4″ W x 8 3/4″ H overall when stowed. It mounts via (4) 1/4″ Dia. mounting holes.
