Boat part number 1071140 is a new clamp on rod holder from Attwood, part number 66970-7 .

Constructed out of polished 304 stainless steel with a black marine grade plastic insert, this rod holder measures approximately 2″ in diameter x 9″ high overall. Has an inner diameter of 1 3/4″ per manufacturer, we measured approximately 1 5/8″. Can be used on vertical or horizontal rails, and is adjustable to seat on 7/8″ to 1″ diameter rails. Has a series of drain holes in the base.
