This blank instrument panel is constructed out of black plastic with a striped graphic on the front. It measures approximately 11 3/8″ L x 3 7/8″ H overall. There is (1) 3 3/8″ Dia. gauge cutout, (1) 3/8″ Dia. dial cutout labelled “SENSITIVITY (PULL FOR SURPESSION) OSCALE SELECT” and “OFF/40/100″, and (2) 1/2” Dia. button cutouts labelled “TILT UP” and “TILT DOWN”. Mounts with (4) 3/16″ Dia. holes set apart 4 1/2″ and 3 1/8″ center to center
