Boat part number 1044286 is a new-old stock remote battery switch from BEP Marine, part number 722-KS .

Due to the increased loading requirements on modern boats and large increases in the cost of copper battery cable, the MD battery switches allow you to mount the battery switch very close to the battery, reducing cable lengths to starter motor. Per manufacturer, compatible with part numbers 701-MD , 720-MD , and 722 .

This ON/OFF remote battery switch is constructed out of black marine grade plastic and includes (2) keys. Measures approximately 2 3/4″ W x 2 3/4″ H x 3″ D overall and requires an approximate 1 1/2″ Dia. cutout. Has (4) 1/4″ Dia. mounting holes and (2) 1-pin female wires.
