Requires an approximate 7 3/4″ W x 7 1/4″ D x 3 1/2″ H cutout. Inside measurements are 7 1/2″ W x 7 1/2″ D x 3 1/2″ H overall. Mounts with (4) 1/8″ Dia. mounting holes.
